Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ductman/Duct Fabricator to join our HVAC team in Makkah. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing ductwork systems for commercial and residential construction projects. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for ductwork fabrication.
• Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal ducts according to specifications.
• Operate fabrication machinery such as shears, rollers, and press brakes.
• Inspect fabricated ducts for quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the installation of HVAC ductwork systems on construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and other tradespeople to ensure project efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC ductwork fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using duct fabrication tools and machinery.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina to handle sheet metal and work in construction environments.
• Basic welding or soldering skills (preferred but not mandatory).
• Safety-conscious mindset.
• Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in HVAC or sheet metal fabrication.
• Certification in HVAC duct fabrication or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in both workshop and construction site settings. Candidates should be prepared for:

• Exposure to loud noises and industrial equipment.
• Working at heights or in confined spaces when required.
• Adherence to strict safety regulations.
