Job Responsibilities

As an Electrical/Electronic Supervisor, you will oversee electrical maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing equipment performance. Key duties include:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of electrical maintenance technicians.
• Inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical malfunctions in production equipment.
• Collaborating with other departments to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Training and mentoring junior technicians.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Essential Skills

• Proven expertise in electrical wiring and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Certification in electrical safety or relevant standards is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is on-site in Kuwait City and requires working in a fast-paced industrial setting. The candidate should be comfortable with:

• Standing for extended periods.
• Working in varying temperatures (hot/cold environments).
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Occasional overtime or emergency call-ins as needed.
