Job Title: Electrical & Electronics Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly those proficient in PLC/SCADA programming. The successful candidate will contribute to critical engineering projects, ensuring operational efficiency and safety in electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical and electronic systems for Oil & Gas applications.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC/SCADA systems for industrial automation.
• Conduct electrical inspections, risk assessments, and compliance checks in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and operational manuals.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and electronics engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency in PLC/SCADA programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider).
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, power distribution, and instrumentation.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical circuit design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) for electrical schematics.
• Understanding of industry standards such as IEC, NEC, and ISO.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
