Job Overview

Intraglobe HR is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on electrical systems design, implementation, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for electrical engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and safety standards.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation using CAD software.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-construction phases.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and approve electrical designs and modifications from third-party vendors.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing electrical projects from conception to completion.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC, etc.) and safety regulations.
• Experience with power distribution systems, transformers, and switchgear.
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
