As an Electrical Foreman near me in the Bawshar area of Muscat, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations, maintenance operations, and team coordination for various real estate projects. This position offers an excellent compensation package of 10-15 LPA for qualified candidates who meet our stringent requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians on construction sites
• Plan, organize, and direct electrical installation activities for residential and commercial real estate projects
• Interpret electrical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper implementation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade foremen to maintain project schedules
• Conduct quality control inspections of electrical work to ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Manage material requisitions, inventory control, and equipment maintenance for electrical operations
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with Oman electrical safety regulations
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to team members
• Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, daily reports, and project milestones
• Train and mentor junior electricians, promoting skill development and professional growth
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address electrical concerns and provide technical solutions
• Manage work schedules, overtime assignments, and resource allocation for optimal productivity

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field from a recognized institution

Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in electrical systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Proven experience in real estate or construction industry electrical projects
• Extensive knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations in Oman
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of electricians on large-scale projects

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Familiarity with building management systems and smart building technologies
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, and emergency power systems
