Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical teams on-site.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards or defects.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Train and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Prior experience in the agriculture sector is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in electrical planning, installation, and maintenance.
