Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical installations and maintenance projects in the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Batha, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in electrical supervision and a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead a team of electricians and ensure the successful execution of electrical projects. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in industrial settings.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Managing and training a team of electricians to enhance productivity and skill levels.
- Conducting quality inspections to verify work meets project specifications.
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to meet deadlines.
- Troubleshooting electrical faults and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials, and labor hours.
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in electrical installations and maintenance, preferably in Oil & Gas or Construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience with industrial power systems, transformers, and switchgear.
