Electrical Supervisor – Juice

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor – Juice to oversee electrical maintenance operations in our juice production facility in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with juice plant electrical systems, ensuring seamless operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety standards. This role is critical in supporting our production line and ensuring high efficiency in the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities in the juice processing plant.
• Ensure all electrical systems, including motors, control panels, and production line equipment, are functioning optimally.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and lead repair efforts to ensure minimal production disruption.
• Comply with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
• Train and guide junior technicians on best practices in electrical maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve system efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a juice plant or similar Food & Beverage facility.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, and control panels.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry standards for electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Certification in industrial electrical systems or maintenance is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with juice extraction, pasteurization, and packaging machinery.
• Knowledge of automation systems used in Food & Beverage production.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient electrical solutions in manufacturing.

Work Environment

The candidate will work in a fast-paced juice manufacturing plant, requiring flexibility to handle shift work, including nights and weekends if necessary. This is an on-site role in Jibla, Kuwait City, with no remote work options.
