Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and maintenance technicians.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular training to improve team skills and safety awareness.

2. Electrical Maintenance & Installations

• Oversee electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance in commercial/residential buildings.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety codes.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
• Coordinate with facility managers for compliance audits.

4. Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor inventory of electrical supplies and equipment.
• Optimize resource allocation to minimize downtime and costs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in electrical supervision (3-5 years).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Oman’s electrical safety regulations.

Education & Certifications

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Certification in electrical safety or supervision (preferred).
