Job Description

Royal Star Manpower Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical to our operations in the Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure system efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to complete projects on schedule.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in electrical system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
• Experience with control panels, transformers, and circuit breakers.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in Oil & Gas or Construction industries.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITI, NCVT) are a plus.
