Job Overview

We are hiring an Electrical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the Agriculture sector. The role requires hands-on experience in diagnosing electrical faults, installing wiring, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering and possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Agriculture or Manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing devices and repair or replace damaged components.
• Install and upgrade electrical wiring, circuits, and control panels.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to optimize electrical systems in agricultural settings.
• Perform preventive maintenance on generators, motors, and transformers.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Train junior technicians on best practices for electrical safety and troubleshooting.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with safety protocols (lockout/tagout, PPE, etc.).
• Problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Technician.
• Prior experience in the Agriculture industry is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Batha, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in agricultural facilities, which may include exposure to outdoor conditions, machinery noise, and occasional overtime.

Candidates must be physically fit to handle manual tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces.
