Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry, with a strong technical background in electrical systems. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic tests.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring.
• Ensure all electrical work adheres to UAE regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers and other tradespeople on construction sites.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow company safety protocols and report hazards immediately.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Relevant certifications in electrical safety and operations.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience as an Electrician in Oil & Gas, Construction, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems.
• Prior work in the UAE/GCC region is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (English proficiency required).

Working Conditions

• Job Type: Full-time, on-site (no remote work).
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Work Environment: Construction sites, industrial facilities, and occasional outdoor work.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Shift Timings: Standard work hours with potential overtime as needed.
