Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician Cum Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance, along with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform timely repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and machinery.
• Assist in the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities and report any issues to supervisors.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of experience in electrical or maintenance roles (fresh candidates may apply).
• Basic technical training or certification is a plus.

Working Conditions

• Work Location: On-site in Al-Naseem, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Shift: Full-time, may require overtime or weekend work.
• Environment: Industrial manufacturing setting with some exposure to machinery noise.
• Safety Gear: Must adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
