About the Role

HR GLOBAL REACH is seeking an experienced Electrician Mate to join our Operations team in Kuwait. This full-time position is ideal for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our electrical team, ensuring smooth operations and maintenance of electrical systems in a demanding industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations to prevent hazards in the workplace.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components.
• Support wiring, conduit installation, and panel mounting under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in testing electrical systems to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Handle tools and equipment safely while following company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical support roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and electrical codes.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical fitness to handle manual labor and work in confined spaces if required.

Job Location and Work Conditions
