Position Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

As a vital member of our electrical engineering department, your primary duties will encompass a wide range of technical tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of our clients' electrical infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Performing complex electrical installations, including wiring, circuitry, and power distribution systems for commercial and residential facilities.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conducting routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, panels, and equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to plan and execute installation layouts.
• Ensuring all work is performed in strict compliance with local UAE electrical codes, safety standards, and company protocols.
• Installing and maintaining lighting systems, control systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and other essential electrical components.
• Testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to ensure compatibility and safety.
• Collaborating with the facility management team and other tradespeople to complete integrated projects.
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
• Providing excellent customer service and technical advice to clients on-site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a strong foundational knowledge of electrical systems and demonstrate proven practical experience.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A Diploma or Graduation degree in Electrical Engineering or a directly related field from a recognized institution.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience working as an Electrician, specifically with electrical installations and maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuitry, and all relevant safety protocols.
• Proven ability to read and decipher technical documents and blueprint drawings.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
