Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our client's operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within the facility management industry, requiring expertise in wiring and electrical systems maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in compliance with local and national safety codes.
• Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of breakdowns.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate electrical installations.
• Collaborate with facility management teams to troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid electrician certification or license (preferred).

Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an electrician, preferably in facility management or maintenance services.
• Strong hands-on experience with wiring, circuit installations, and electrical panel maintenance.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires working in various environments, including commercial and industrial facilities. Candidates should be prepared for:

• Frequent standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Lifting heavy equipment or materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Working in confined spaces or at heights when necessary.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions for outdoor projects.
