Job Description

As an Electrician in our Facilities Management department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial and residential properties. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers (0-1 year of experience) looking to build a career in the electrical maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing devices.
• Follow national and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in managing inventory of electrical tools and equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in electrical work (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and maintenance.
