Job Responsibilities
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment. Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical systems and components.
- Performing preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Installing, calibrating, and testing new equipment as per specifications.
- Reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Assisting in the procurement of spare parts and tools for repairs.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Education & Experience
- Diploma or graduation in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician, preferably in the Agriculture sector.
- Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls is a plus.
Work Environment
This role is based in Al Batha, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The position involves working in agricultural settings, which may include exposure to outdoor conditions, machinery noise, and occasional physical labor.
Note: This is not a remote position. Candidates must be willing to relocate or commute to Riyadh.
