Job Overview

International, a leading name in the Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction industry, is seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our Electrical Maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in mechanical systems, electrical maintenance, and hands-on troubleshooting in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing electro-mechanical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Key duties include:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electro-mechanical equipment in compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in machinery and systems.
• Assemble, install, and test electro-mechanical components and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement system upgrades and modifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and part inventories.
• Support the team in emergency repairs and downtime minimization.
• Operate diagnostic tools and software to identify system inefficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in industrial environments.
• Basic computer skills for logging maintenance tasks.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction sector.

Work Environment

This role is on-site and requires working in industrial settings, including exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. The position may involve shift work, overtime, or emergency call-outs as needed.
