Key Responsibilities

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining harmonious workplace relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance on employee relations policies and procedures.
• Investigating and resolving workplace conflicts through mediation and structured discussions.
• Advising leadership on best practices for employee engagement and retention.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conducting audits and assessments to identify potential employee relations risks.
• Collaborating with HR and legal teams to address grievances and disputes.

• Monitoring trends in employee relations and proposing proactive solutions.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Education: Graduation/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-10 years in employee relations, HR advisory, or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong mediation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in the Indian context.
• Experience in the Cybersecurity or tech industry is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
