Engineer – Analyzer (Oil & Gas Industry)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Engineer – Analyzer to join our dynamic Engineering team in the Oil & Gas industry. This full-time position is based in Kuwait City and requires a detail-oriented professional with 3-5 years of experience in analyzer systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a technical background, and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain analyzer systems for process monitoring and control.
• Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize analyzer performance.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies in analyzer systems.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff.
• Monitor and evaluate data to improve system reliability and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in analyzer instrumentation (e.g., gas chromatographs, pH meters, spectrometers).
• Strong understanding of process control systems and automation.
• Experience with calibration and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., API, OSHA, ISO).
• Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Instrumentation, or related field).
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in analyzer systems within the Oil & Gas sector.

Work Environment

This role is an on-site position located in Jaber Al Ahmad, Kuwait City. The candidate will work in an industrial setting, which may involve exposure to hazardous materials and require adherence to strict safety protocols. Protective gear and training will be provided.
