Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in Oil & Gas or large-scale construction projects. This role involves designing, planning, and overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for Oil & Gas projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare cost estimates, material requisitions, and project schedules.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for civil engineering challenges.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental policies, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical support during project planning, execution, and closeout phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Construction sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Staad.Pro, or other civil design software.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction codes and standards is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, foundation design, and material mechanics.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical reports and survey data.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
