Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in engineering and construction projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Monitor and evaluate construction and engineering processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on QA/QC findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain documentation for quality records, test results, and inspection reports.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC Engineering within the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry.
• Proven track record in maintenance and quality control in large-scale projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ASME, API, and other relevant quality frameworks.
• Proficiency in quality inspection tools and software.
• Familiarity with maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance strategies.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
