About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Engineer Trainee - R&D (Power Electronics) to join our dynamic Research & Development team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and simulation of power converters for various applications.
- Participate in R&D projects related to power electronics systems.
- Conduct circuit analysis, simulations, and prototype testing under supervision.
- Support in the development of hardware for power electronic systems.
- Document research findings, test results, and technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in power electronics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of power electronics principles and circuit theory.
- Familiarity with power converter topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC, inverters).
- Exposure to simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, or LTspice.
- Knowledge of PCB design and schematic capture tools is a plus.
- Basic programming skills (C, Python) for hardware interfacing.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in power electronics.
- Academic projects or internships in power converter design preferred.
