Engineer Trainee - R&D (Power Electronics)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Engineer Trainee - R&D (Power Electronics) to join our dynamic Research & Development team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and simulation of power converters for various applications.
• Participate in R&D projects related to power electronics systems.
• Conduct circuit analysis, simulations, and prototype testing under supervision.
• Support in the development of hardware for power electronic systems.
• Document research findings, test results, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in power electronics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of power electronics principles and circuit theory.
• Familiarity with power converter topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC, inverters).
• Exposure to simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink, PSIM, or LTspice.
• Knowledge of PCB design and schematic capture tools is a plus.
• Basic programming skills (C, Python) for hardware interfacing.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in power electronics.
• Academic projects or internships in power converter design preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced R&D environment.
