Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Rollout Lead to join our team at Trading Food Group, KSA, a subsidiary of Vira International Placement Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful implementation and deployment of our ERP system across the supply chain management department. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, project management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless integration within the food trading and supply chain industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and finance, to ensure smooth ERP deployment.
- Develop and execute rollout plans, timelines, and milestones for ERP system integration.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with ERP implementation to minimize disruptions.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the ERP rollout.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in managing ERP system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes in the food trading industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot ERP-related issues and optimize system performance.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership qualities to guide teams through complex projects.
Education and Experience
- Education Level: Graduation/Diploma in Business Administration, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation, IT project management, or supply chain optimization.
- Prior experience in the food trading or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Irqah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires collaboration with local and international teams to ensure successful ERP system adoption. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel to support rollout activities.
