Key Responsibilities
As the Executive Chef (Offshore), your primary duties will include:
- Menu Planning & Development: Design innovative and high-quality menus tailored to offshore clientele, ensuring variety, nutritional balance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

- Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet the highest culinary standards and guest expectations through rigorous taste and presentation checks.

- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to local food safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to gather feedback and refine menu offerings based on preferences.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
- Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
- Certification or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef, preferably in offshore or high-end hospitality settings.
- Proven expertise in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen operations.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative flair for modern and traditional cuisine.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of international culinary trends and dietary requirements.
