Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive CST Control, Contracts (FG01709) to join our Supply Chain Management department in the dynamic Oil & Gas sector. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and offers an exciting opportunity to oversee cost control and contract management for high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in cost control within the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Control: Monitor, analyze, and report on project costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, including negotiation, execution, and compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed cost reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Optimize cost control and contract management procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements:

• Graduation or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in cost control within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Cost Management or Contract Administration.
• Experience working in Abu Dhabi or GCC regions.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
