Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Resolve kitchen-related issues promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

  • Graduation or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a leadership role within a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record in fine dining or high-volume culinary operations.

Essential Skills:

  • Leadership – Ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory and cost control.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
