About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Engineer – Piping & Structural to join our dynamic team working on the prestigious ARAMCO Project in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing fabrication, welding, and installation of piping and structural components in the Oil & Gas Construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and supervise the fabrication of piping systems and structural components for oil and gas facilities.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Coordinate with welding teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.
• Perform inspections and quality control checks on fabricated materials and assemblies.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (ASME, API, AWS).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project deadlines.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and cost control for fabrication activities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior fabrication staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in piping and structural fabrication techniques.
• Expertise in welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW).
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and AWS codes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics.
• Experience with fabrication software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in piping and structural fabrication, preferably in the Oil & Gas Construction industry.
• Prior experience working on ARAMCO projects or similar large-scale oil and gas facilities is highly desirable.
