Key Responsibilities

As a Fabrication Foremen, you will oversee fabrication operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Your duties will include:

• Supervising Fabrication Teams: Lead and manage fabrication teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Project Coordination: Work with engineers, designers, and project managers to align fabrication processes with project timelines.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of fabrication tools and machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and manpower allocation.
• Problem-Solving: Address technical issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Fabrication Foremen role should have the following:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding, and metalwork.
