Job Description

AARVI ENCON LIMITED is seeking skilled Fabrication Supervisors to oversee fabrication operations for our Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication supervision, with strong leadership skills and a diploma or graduation in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Lead a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Monitor material usage, minimize waste, and maintain cost-effectiveness in fabrication processes.
• Inspect fabricated components to ensure adherence to engineering drawings, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize fabrication processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of fabrication progress, manpower utilization, and resource allocation.
• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in fabrication supervision, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, fabrication specifications, and welding procedures.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques, materials, and industry standards (e.g., ASME, AWS, API).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in welding or fabrication (e.g., CSWIP, AWS) is a plus.
