About the Role

We are seeking skilled Fabricators to join our Welding & Fabrication Department in the thriving Food & Beverage Industry in Kuwait. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in fabrication and an ITI certification. The role involves working with cutting-edge equipment to produce high-quality fabricated components essential for food processing and packaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Operate fabrication machinery, including welding, cutting, and bending tools.
• Assemble and install fabricated metal products in compliance with safety standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize fabrication processes.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: ITI certification in Welding, Fabrication, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, preferably in the Food & Beverage Industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, ARC), metal cutting, grinding, and assembly.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
