Fiberglass Technician Job Opening – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiberglass Technician to join our production team in Riyadh. This role involves working with fiberglass materials to manufacture, repair, and maintain high-quality fiberglass products. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and work with fiberglass materials, including resins, molds, and reinforcing fabrics.
• Cut, shape, and assemble fiberglass components according to specifications.
• Repair and refinish damaged fiberglass products.
• Operate and maintain fiberglass tools and equipment safely.
• Follow quality control procedures to ensure product durability and consistency.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and industry regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Basic understanding of fiberglass fabrication and repair techniques.
• Hands-on experience or training in working with resins, molds, and composite materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and craftsmanship in product assembly.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., industrial technology, manufacturing).
• 0-1 years of experience in fiberglass manufacturing or a related industry.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards in manufacturing.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work will be performed in a manufacturing facility with exposure to fiberglass dust, resins, and chemicals.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and goggles will be provided.
