This full-time role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, looking to grow their career in field engineering. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and technical support for on-site projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for field operations in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of field activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any deviations or malfunctions.
• Assist in the preparation and review of engineering reports, diagrams, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory guidelines in all field operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Train junior staff on operational best practices and safety measures.
• Participate in risk assessments and contribute to hazard mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of Oil & Gas field operations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, API).
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in challenging environments.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a Field Engineer role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role involves working in outdoor and industrial settings, often under extreme weather conditions. The candidate must be physically fit to:

• Stand, walk, or climb for extended periods.
• Lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 kg.
• Travel to remote work sites as required.
