Field Recruiter - Full Time (0-1 Year Experience)

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Field Recruiter to join our Human Resources (HR) team in Bengaluru. This full-time role is perfect for recent graduates or diploma holders looking to launch their career in HR and recruitment within the electrical equipment manufacturing industry.

As a Field Recruiter, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting talent to support our growing operations. This is an on-site position based in Koramangala, offering hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and campus recruitment
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system
• Support the HR team with onboarding processes for new hires
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress

Required Qualifications

Education

• Graduation degree in any discipline (Human Resources preferred)
• Diploma holders with relevant skills may also apply

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment principles and HR practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to travel locally for recruitment drives when required
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers may apply)
• Prior internship experience in HR will be an advantage
