Job Description

Jolly Gemini Manpower Consultants is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Filament Winding Machine Operator to join our production team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in machine operation, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

As a Filament Winding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining filament winding machines to produce high-quality composite materials. Your role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filament winding machines to produce composite materials according to specifications.
• Set up machines, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production targets.
• Document machine performance, production data, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in training new operators on machine procedures and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality control measures and safety standards.
• Proficiency in basic troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of composite materials and filament winding techniques (preferred but not mandatory).

Education & Experience

Work Environment

The role is based in our production facility in Al-Naseem, Riyadh. Candidates should be prepared to work in a manufacturing setting, which may include exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial materials. Safety gear and training will be provided.

This is a full-time, on-site position with standard working hours, though occasional overtime may be required based on production demands.
