Key Responsibilities
As a Filler Operator, Cup, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cup filling machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Your duties will include:
- Operate and monitor cup filling machines to ensure smooth production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on filling equipment.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.
- Keep detailed records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in training new operators on machine handling and safety procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining cup filling machines.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Education: ITI certification or equivalent technical qualification.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address machine malfunctions.
