Job Description

Resource Hunters Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Filling Station Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance of filling station operations within the petrochemical and oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in plant operations and a strong understanding of performance metrics in fuel distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of filling stations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
• Implement real-time data collection systems to track fuel dispensing, inventory, and equipment performance.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for station operations and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment (dispensers, pumps, sensors) operates at peak efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Optimize fuel inventory management to minimize losses and prevent stockouts.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational issues at filling stations.
• Train station personnel on best practices for operational efficiency and safety protocols.
• Prepare detailed reports on station performance, including recommendations for improvements.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate new technologies for performance enhancement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
• Proven track record in performance monitoring, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, IoT-based monitoring tools, and data analytics software.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of filling station operations, fuel dispensing systems, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for data analysis.
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, NFPA) and environmental regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Process Optimization, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience working with remote monitoring systems in oil & gas facilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role may require occasional travel to filling stations across the region. Candidates must be comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to fuel handling and operational hazards.
