Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage the final phases of construction projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in luxury interior supervision, an ITI certification, and a strong background in the construction industry. This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a competitive salary range of 2-4 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finishing Foreman, your primary duties will include:

• Supervising and coordinating finishing work, including painting, flooring, tiling, and carpentry.
• Ensuring all finishing tasks comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Managing and leading a team of workers, providing clear instructions and training as needed.
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Maintaining accurate records of work progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Education: ITI certification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in luxury interior supervision within the construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding finishing materials, and using relevant tools.
• Leadership: Strong team management and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and rectify finishing defects.
• Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be an advantage:

• Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Certification in construction safety or project management.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic).

Work Environment

This is an on-site position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves:

• Working in indoor and outdoor construction sites.
• Standing or walking for extended periods.
• Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends if project deadlines require.
