Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage luxury interior finishing projects in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in high-end interior finishing, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring expertise in coordinating teams, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials, techniques, and final finishes to maintain the highest quality standards in luxury interior projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of skilled laborers, subcontractors, and junior foremen.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and construction regulations.
- Budget Management: Monitor material usage and labor costs to stay within budget constraints.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Extensive experience in luxury interior finishing (woodwork, paint, tiling, cabinetry, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
- Excellent command of project management tools and software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Education & Experience
- Graduation/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in high-end finishing works
- Prior experience in the Middle East/Gulf region (preferred)

The position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and requires on-site presence. The role follows a standard full-time schedule with occasional overtime based on project demands.
