Hamdan Global is seeking a passionate and certified Fitness Instructor to join our luxury hotel team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will guide guests through personalized workout routines, provide expert fitness advice, and maintain a safe, motivating gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct individualized fitness programs for hotel guests
• Lead group exercise classes (yoga, HIIT, strength training, etc.)
• Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment and exercise techniques
• Monitor guest progress and adjust programs accordingly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the fitness center
• Provide nutritional guidance within scope of certification
• Promote hotel fitness services to increase guest participation
• Assist in organizing wellness events and fitness challenges
• Handle guest inquiries about fitness programs and services
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and industry certifications

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Certified in personal training (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and anatomy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse clientele
• CPR/First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialization in hotel fitness services
• Additional certifications (yoga, Pilates, Zumba, etc.)
• 0-1 years experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Multilingual abilities (Arabic proficiency a plus)

Education:

• Minimum: Doctorate in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Relevant fitness certifications as mentioned above

Work Environment

This Fitness Instructor position is based at our luxury hotel property in Diriyah, Riyadh. The role requires:

• Working in a high-end fitness center with premium equipment
• Flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Interacting with international guests from diverse backgrounds
• Collaborating with the hotel wellness team (spa, nutrition, etc.)
• Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times
