Fitters - Oil & Gas Production

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Fitters to join our production team for onshore Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders with 0-1 year of technical experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components in oil & gas production facilities
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Perform precision measurements using specialized tools
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Follow standard operating procedures for all tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Technical aptitude with mechanical systems
• Basic knowledge of oil & gas production equipment
• Ability to interpret technical documents
• Hands-on experience with mechanical tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in fitting or mechanical assembly
• Freshers with relevant technical training may apply
• Prior experience in oil & gas projects preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in Abu Dhabi on-site
• Physical stamina to work in industrial environments
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts if required

Work Environment

This position is based at our onshore oil & gas production facilities in Abu Dhabi. Candidates should be prepared to work in an industrial setting with appropriate safety protocols. The role requires:
