About the Role
Jolly Gemini Manpower Consultants is seeking motivated and skilled Fitters to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or diploma holders with a passion for mechanical fitting and manufacturing. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical components in our production facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts and components according to engineering drawings.
- Install and align machinery and equipment in the production line.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve production processes.
- Report defects or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
- Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in mechanical fitting or a similar role (Freshers may apply).
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
