Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flexo Printer Operator to join our Production team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flexographic printing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate and maintain printing machinery efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to ensure high-quality output.
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate machinery for optimal performance.
• Monitor print quality, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate production logs and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in operating flexographic printing machinery.
• Strong understanding of color matching and ink management.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Flexo Printer Operator.
• Familiarity with industry-standard printing equipment and software.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Full-time role with standard working hours (may include shifts).
• On-site position in our manufacturing facility in Doha.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg).
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial chemicals (safety gear provided).
