Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Flowline Supervisor to join our dynamic Oil & Gas team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and optimization of flowline systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in supervision within the engineering department of the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of flowline systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Lead a team of technicians and engineers to achieve project goals efficiently.
• Monitor workflow and provide technical guidance to resolve operational challenges.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize flowline performance.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on project progress, issues, and solutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team productivity and skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Strong supervision and leadership abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of flowline systems and Oil & Gas operations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas engineering, specifically in flowline operations.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is mandatory.
