We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman - Civil Maintenance to oversee and manage maintenance activities for civil construction projects in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workflow while leading a team of maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Foreman - Civil Maintenance, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating daily maintenance activities for civil construction projects.
• Ensuring all maintenance tasks comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Leading a team of workers, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Inspecting sites to identify maintenance needs and planning corrective actions.
• Managing repair and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work, materials used, and labor hours.
• Ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Experience: 3-5 years in civil maintenance, preferably in the construction industry.
• Education: Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using maintenance tools, and understanding construction materials.
• Leadership: Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination.
• Safety Knowledge: Thorough understanding of occupational hazards and safety protocols.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to work in challenging environments and lift heavy objects if required.

Certifications in safety management or construction supervision will be an added advantage.
