Key Responsibilities

As a Foreman in the Oil & Gas sector, you will be entrusted with the following duties:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations at the worksite, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Lead and manage field technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks as per project requirements.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and report malfunctions to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including labor hours, materials used, and progress reports.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and ensure a productive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the Oil & Gas industry.

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of industrial safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery and equipment used in petrochemical plants.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting (MS Office, SAP).

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
