Foreman Site Job Description – Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman Site to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision, strong coordination abilities, and an ITI qualification. As a Foreman Site, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage on-site labor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage and lead on-site labor teams to maximize productivity.
• Monitor material usage and equipment maintenance.
• Report progress, delays, or issues to site managers.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct routine inspections.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and provide technical guidance.
• Assist in scheduling and planning work assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Certification

• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant field.
• Additional certifications in construction or safety management are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman Site or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing labor teams and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.

Key Skills

• Excellent coordination and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in safety compliance and risk management.
• Effective communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
