Job Description: Foreman (Tank Erection)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman (Tank Erection) to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in overseeing the tank erection process within the Oil & Gas Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction supervision, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tank erection projects.

As a Foreman, you will ensure the efficient execution of tank erection activities while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily tank erection activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
• Manage and train construction crews to improve efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets industry and company standards.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and used safely.
• Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or delays promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in tank erection and construction supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas Construction standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and risk management.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in a Foreman or supervisory role within tank erection or related construction projects.
• Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role in Al Murabba, Riyadh, with no remote work options. The position requires working in outdoor conditions, often in challenging weather. Candidates should be prepared for physical labor and extended hours when necessary.

Safety is a top priority, and adherence to all protective measures is mandatory. The role may involve travel to other project sites within Saudi Arabia.
