Foremen – Oil & Gas Production (Entry-Level)

About the Role

Indman Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Foremen to join our team for Onshore Oil & Gas Projects in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders to kickstart their career in the thriving Oil & Gas industry. As a Foremen, you will play a crucial role in overseeing production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee the work of junior staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet production targets.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and incidents.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Graduation or Diploma in a relevant field (Engineering, Petroleum, or related discipline).
• 0-1 year of experience in the Oil & Gas industry (freshers encouraged to apply).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of production processes in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with industry-standard safety protocols.
• Willingness to work extended hours if required.
• Technical training or certifications related to Oil & Gas operations.
